Task:
1、Handles customer request and communicate with Frane;
2、Handles customer complains towards the customer as well with hq in France;
3、Collects and fulfills after-sales service report;
4、Have knowledge of characteristic and function of product, training in FR is mandatory;
5、Able to travel frequently;
6、Do the investigation, treatment and follow-up of customer complaints regarding quality and performance of products;
7、support service workshop to accomplish service task including technical support;
8、collecting and perfect service database and installation database;
9、Important feedback to hq.
Requirement:
1、Five or more years of working experience in mechanical industry, familiar with gearbox is appreciated;
2、Fluent English speaking, reading and writing;
3、Basic knowledge of Root cause analysis;
4、availability and customer focused;
5、Good team work leader.
