职位描述:

  1. 参与国际研发项目的计划制定和国际沟通;

  Participate in internal R&D project planning and international collaboration discussion;

  2. 跟踪、维护和管理研发项目计划;

  Track and manage R&D project activities to meet timeline and budgets;

  3. 推动跨职能和跨部门的国际项目协调工作;

  Coordinate cross-functional and cross-departmental activities on international collaboration projects;

  4. 与项目组共同完成项目里程碑或交付关键成果;

  Engage with project teams about project milestones and key deliverables;

  5. 分析,汇报和管理项目的关键风险;

  Analyze, report and manage key project risks;

  6. 负责完成领导交办的日常工作和临时工作。

  Perform other work assigned by department head and project leaders .

  主要职责 Major Duties and Responsibilities :

  1. 利用研发项目管理知识制定可执行的短期、中期、长期项目计划,并确定其相互依赖的关系;

  Using R&D project knowledge to be strategic in planning short -,mid-, and long-term project executable plans and identifying interdependencies;

  2. 跟踪、维护、管理一个高质量的综合性研发项目计划,确保结果汇报和决定是准确的;

  Tracking, maintaining and managing a high-quality, integrated R&D project plan to enable accurate reporting and decision making;

  3. 监督和跟踪项目进度,识别偏差,与项目组和领导层一同解决问题;

  Monitors and follows-up on project progress, identifies deviations/bottleneck for alerting and participate to impact resolution with project team and planning management;

  4. 利用具备较强的组织能力、领导能力和推动能力,组织有效的会议,并做会议记录;

  Using strong project and organizational knowledge, leadership and active facilitation to enable effective team meetings and make meeting minutes;

  5. 与项目组共同完成项目里程碑或关键成果交付,确保计划、资源和成本数据能够反应项目策略和运营计划;

  Engage with project teams about project milestones and key deliverables and ensure the planning, Resources & Cost data are reflecting the project strategy and operational plan;

  6. 协调资源,评估优先顺序,做好能力分析,向管理层汇报工作;

  Coordinate inputs into asset valuation and prioritization evaluations, capacity analysis, dashboard and reporting to Leadership team;

  7. 管理项目关键环节和风险,将风险计划记录在案,并传达给所有相关人员;

  Managing the critical path of the project and key projects risks,and the risk plan is documented and communicated to all stakeholders;

  8. 做好资料整理、归档和保管工作。

  Do a good job in data arrangement, filing and preservation.

  岗位要求 Requirements:

  1. 本科及以上、商务英语、研发项目管理、运营管理等相关专业;

  Bachelor’s degree preferably ,Business English,operation management;

  2. 3年或以上药物开发管理工作经验;

  More than 3 years portfolio/project management experience;

  3. 熟练使用Office办公软件(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, 和 Project);

  Strong computer skills especially in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project);

  4. 流利的英语口语和书面表达能力;

  Fluent Spoken and written English skills;

  5. 具备制药公司工作的经验、第三方合作的经验;

  Experience working in pharms, working with third parties;

  6. 具有良好的信息获取、分析能力;

  Good ability of information acquisition and capacity analysis;

  7. 具有严谨的科学态度、和责任心、较强的人际和团队建设技能、较强的抗压能力。
