电机设计

Purpose of the function岗位职责:

1、Carryout design of innovative products in accordance to worldwide standards, rulesand regulations；

Knownmotor standard, possible mechanical design of motor, possible analysis motormechanical design (shaft force, bearing, strength, set up internal standardbased on global standard, change management)；

按照全球标准，规则和法规进行创新产品的设计。了解电机标准，熟练进行电机机械设计，熟练进行电机机械设计校核（如轴受力计算，轴承寿命计算，强度校核，基于全球标准的内部结构设置，变更管理）；

2、Prototypingfor technical verification；

进行技术验证的原型准备；

3、Closedteamwork with project management, process and production divisions；

与项目管理，工艺部和生产部门进行紧密的团队合作；

4、Carryout standardization and optimization of products；

进行产品标准化和优化设计；

5、Master the design theory andprinciple of Motor；

 掌握电机的设计原理；

6、Product care and continuous improvement；

产品维护和持续改进；

7、Support/ teamwork in terms of design of Group Motors；

与集团电机部门进行设计方面的支持以及团队合作；

8、Supportof purchasing, quality and controlling functionalities.

支持采购，质量和财务方面的业务功能；

9、Internaland external audits；

支持内部和外部审计；

10、Contributeto the success of the products.

为产品的成功做出贡献。

 

Requirements岗位要求:

1、Education: Min. Bachelor degree major inMechanical and Electrical;

教育程度：至少达到机电相关专业学士学位;

2、Tools：Design or use the requiredsoftware Eg. UG, Mold flow, FEA;

工具：设计或使用所需的软件，例如,UG，模流分析，FEA;

3、Experience: 7 years of work experience in terms ofmechanical design of electrical drives, especially Motor;

经验：在电气驱动器（尤其是电机）的机械设计方面有7年的工作经验;

4、Experience on strategicgroup wide international and intercultural projects;

具有战略集团范围的国际和跨文化项目的经验;

5、Language: English fluent.

语言：英语流利。
