电机控制器设计

Purpose of the function岗位职责:

1、Can professionally optimizethe motor performance (reduce electromagnetic noise, etc.) by adjusting theparameters of frequency converter to meet the needs of customers, by knowledge also on motor calculation software – asFEMAG, SPEED, OPERA;

能熟练调整变频器参数来优化电机性能（减少电磁噪音等），从而满足客户需求;

2、Masterthe design theory and control principle of frequency converter，including vector control and sensor lesscontrol;

熟练掌握变频器的设计理论和控制原理，变频器矢量控制技术和非传感器技术;

3、Masterthe skill of PCB and F/C designation;

掌握PCB板设计;

4、Skilleduse of various brands of frequency converter which ismade by the other company to drive the motor;

能熟练的使用其他厂商制作的各品牌变频器来驱动电机;

5、Supportinternal & external project elements (sample, quality,cost, delivery time) from engineering fields;

持内部和外部的项目元素(样机制作，质量、成本、交货时间)从工程技术领域;

6、Product care and continuous improvement.

产品持续改进。

 

Requirements岗位要求:

1、Education: Min. Bachelordegree major in Mechanical and Electrical;

教育背景：机电相关专业，本科及以上学历;

2、tools：Designor use the required software for frequency converter and Motor. Eg. MATLAB，PROE.knowledge also on motorcalculation software – as FEMAG, SPEED, OPERA;

工具掌握：变频器设计或者使用所需的相关软件，例如：MATLAB，PROE;

3、Experience: 7years or more at motor development and motor control or frequency inverter controlexperience. Engineering background in pump motor developmentexperience ispreferred;

7年及以上变频器研发、使用和电机应用等的经验，有水泵电机行业领域经验优先;

4、English: High level, skillfulin writing，reading and speaking.

英语：高级，熟练掌握英语读写和交流。
