研发工程师

Job Responsibility工作职责：

1、Make machinery engineering design using 2D/3D software based on requirements and generate product and engineering drawings;

根据要求使用 2D、3D 设计软件进行工程机械产品零件设计，并生成零件加工图纸；

2、Check and make machine BOM (Bill of Material);

检查和制作产品物料清单；

3、Interacting with local suppliers to resolve product issues to meet production targets;

跟供应商沟通解决产品制造问题，满足生产需求；

4、Technical support to purchasing, production and quality departments;

给采购、生产、质量部门提供技术支持；

5、Liaising with German design office on engineering change and machine technical issue;

跟德国设计部门沟通和发布有关技术变更以及机器的技术问题；

6、Manage New Product Introduction Projects and coordinate the tasks through all operations functions;

管理新产品引入项目并在运营团队各部门沟通协调工作任务；

7、Other tasks assigned by R&D Manager.

研发经理布置的其它任务。

Requirements岗位需求：

1、Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering or similar;

本科，机械工程或相关专业；

2、At least 3 years’ experience in design and development of machines and parts Ideally previous experience in the road or construction machinery field;

至少三年及以上机械产品设计经验，或以前在筑路机械或工程机械行业从业；

3、Experience in 3D CAD Systems (Unigraphics NX, Solid Edge or comparable);

熟练使用 3D设计软件（Unigraphics NX，Solid Edge 或相似软件）；

4、Proven experience in Project Management;

具有项目管理经验；

5、Experience in SAP or comparable standard software;

具有 SAP 使用经验或者类似软件的经验；

6、Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English;

可以熟练使用英文阅读书写和交流。
