动力系统工程师

Job Responsibility:

1、Responsible for engines and engine design, sourcing, installation and testing;

负责全系列产品发动机的有关设计、选型、安装和测试；

2、Prepare, make and check machinery BOMs (Bill of Material), maintain and update related master data if need;

整理发动机物料清单，必要时维护和更新相关主数据；

3、Cooperate with German design teams on machine design issues and technical changes;

跟德国设计部门协作有关产品设计以及技术变更事项；

4、Support project teams in engine selection & configuration, prototyping and troubleshooting;

配合研发项目团队进行工程机械产品的发动机选型、配置、样机调试和解决发动机故障；

5、Follow up on emission regulations and support the application team in relevant testing procedures;

遵守发动机排放法规，支持应用团队进行相关测试；

6、Technical support to Purchasing, Production & Quality departments;

给采购、生产、质量提供技术支持；

7、Act as central contact person for all engine suppliers, close contact to local suppliers and engine plants;

作为所有发动机供应商的主要联络人，与本地供应商和发动机工厂保持密切联系；

8、Interacting with local suppliers to resolve product issues;

与本地供应商协调解决产品制造问题，满足生产需求；

9、Responsible for tracking implementation status of engine relate changes with suppliers.

负责跟踪与发动机变更相关的供应商实施情况。

Requirements岗位需求：

1、Bachelor or above Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Automation or similarity;

本科或以上，机械工程、车辆工程、自动化或相关专业；

2、At least 3 years’ experience in design and troubleshooting of engine in machinery. Ideally previous experience in road construction machinery field;

三年以上机械设备发动机设计、调试经验。有筑路机械工作经验者优先；

3、Good knowledge of internal combustion engine structure, engine performance, engine test,engine validation. Well known Engine Regulations and Engine Emission knowledge;

具备良好的内燃机结构，发动机性能，发动机测试，发动机验证等相关知识。熟悉发动机有关法规和发动机排放知识；

4、Perform engine design, skillful at detecting and troubleshooting of engine problems on machine;

能够进行发动机设计，熟练查找并排除机器的发动机的系统故障；

5、Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English.

可以熟练使用英文阅读书写和交流。
