Key Responsibility:

1.Set up, implement and manage quality system for supplier quality management

2.Guide, assist and support suppliers to set up, implement Quality management system;

3. New supplier selection audit with a focus on supplier quality systems, process management, technological competency;

4. Identify quality criteria with suppliers and internal customers;

5. Train supplier to ensure them to master the quality standard;

6. Support and follow up new project development at supplier site, -Get and check the related quality documents and samples, -Do process audit for new projects. -Handle approval of suppliers' products. -Share suppliers’ information about quality issues, samples with related people of our company;

7. Follow supplier’s delivery quality status on new product development;

8. Drive supplier new sample validation process;

9. Drive and review the suppliers' quality improvement/corrective programs and monitor the performance;

10. Interface with relevant teams and supplier to resolve on critical issues for speedy resolution on new product development;

11. Other jobs assigned by Manager.

 

Qualification Requirement:

1.Bachnor degree in Mechanical or Material engineering;

2. Experience in TS16949 & ISO9000 requirements or equivalent and able to lead an audit;

3. Good interpersonal & communication skills;

4. 3~5 years' experience in quality or tech related functions in manufacturing industry;

5.Familiar with the metal forming process, especially in tooling area;

6. Able to work under high pressure and demanding mode;

7. Fluent English both in oral and written.
