EHS Leader

Position Summary:
Responsible for all of the EHS issue; Patrol and audit all of the EHS facility; Follow EHS project; Build possitive EHS culture and train employee about local EHS policy and Parker’s EHS rule; Implement and improve the EHS rule in within the plant; Patrol and maintain the EHS facility (such as fire protection system) to ensure the facilities' normal status; Statistic and record EHS data; Establish and maintain ISO14001.
 Scope/Supervision and Interaction:
1、Interface EHS with all departments in the company；
2、Government of fire protection and environment and safety；
3、Work with group and China EHS.
Responsibility：
1、To enforce the EHS policies and requirements in the company in order to ensure all the employees to follow the EHS requirements; 
2、To ensure that the China EHS regulations; the company EHS policies are properly executed in the company;
3、Fully responsible to the continuous improvement in the EHS of the company;
4、The EHS representative of the company to the local government;
5、To review all the purchased equipment to ensure compliant of EHS requirements;
6、To be the facilitator of the company EHS committee;
7、To be the EHS trainer to all the company employees;
8、To conduct investigation of accident and to submit report of findings inclusive of the description, the cause and the solutions of the incidence:
(1)Set EHS objective and high standard for company,follow up Corp/group and China EHS reuqirement;
(2)Increase EHS knowledge and awareness level among all employees;
(3)Conducting EHS auditing and following up with corrective&preventive action,maintain ISO14001 certification;
(4)Maintain EHS management documented system,to ensure effectiveness and suitability;
(5)Prepare and complete EHS related reports as group EHS and China EHS requirements;
(6)Promote EHS awareness through applicable approach.
Qualification：
1、Bachelor’s Degree in EHS field and more than 3 years of related experience required;
2、Fluent in written and spoken English;
3、Good communication skills and familiarity with PC and CAD software required;
4、Familiar with related local EHS policy and ISO14001;
5、Strong leadership and personal influence to drive safety culture in company;
6、Strong ownership and self-motivated to drive performance excellence;
7、Strong coordination capability.
