Job Specification:
1、To manage employee onboarding, termination, transfer, contracts and personnel files;
2.、To manage employee data including attendance, overtime, annual leave and sick leave;
3、To organize occupational check and medical check benefits for all employees;
4、To confirm C&B and data such as social insurance and housing fund, commercial insurance, leave, OT, bonus and payroll data submission;
5.、To manage employee recruitment, including blue collar and white collar;
6、To manage employee’s performance appraisal and put forward proposals;
7、To management employee relationship;
8、To support employee’s training program;
9、Other HR related works arranged by HR. manager.
Qualification Requirement:
1、Minimum five years HR experience in foreign owned manufacturing company;
2、Be familiar with SAP system will be preferable;
3、Be familiar with labor law and regulations;
4、With very good English skills in written and spoken, use English as working language;
5、At least Bachelor degree or above.
