项目管理

　　Position summary:

　　1、Participate in internal R&D project planning and international collaboration discussion;

　　2、Track and manage R&D project activities to meet timeline and budgets;

　　3、Coordinate cross-functional and cross-departmental activities on international collaboration projects;

　　4、Engage with project teams about project milestones and key deliverables;

　　5、Analyze, report and manage key project risks;

　　6、Perform other work assigned by department head and project leaders .

　　Requirements:

　　1、Bachelor’s degree preferably ，Business English，operation management;

　　2、More than 3 years portfolio/project management experience;

　　3、Strong computer skills especially in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project);

　　4、Fluent Spoken and written English skills;

　　5、Experience working in pharms, working with third parties;

　　6、Good ability of information acquisition and capacity analysis;

　　7、Rigorous scientific attitude and sense of responsibility,Strong interpersonal and teambuilding skills,Strong pressure resistance.
