Environment Management System Engineer

Your Responsibility:
Environment & energy management system
1、Establish, implement and maintain the environment and energy management system according to ISO14001&50001 standard；
2、Adapt group policy and regulations, such as VGC policy 45, KRL 17, VW98000, VW50156 into existing management system；
3、Provide necessary solutions to fulfill group requirement；
4、Identify the management improvement area and set down the improvement plan；
5、Prepare the environment performance and compliance status report to stakeholders.
Audit management
1、Set down the annual audit plan; Organize and conduct the internal audit; Organize the external audit；
2、Follow up the audit finding and provide necessary solution to avoid negative findings happened again；
3、Promote the best practice to keep improving the performance.
Compliance management
1、Identify the local laws and regulations; Organize, conduct and review the BU compliance evaluation；
2、Provide the necessary solution to fulfill the legal requirement and avoid illegal risk；
3、Conduct the Root Cause Analysis in case of illegal compliance case existed.
Risk management
Organize, conduct and review the risk analysis; Set down the target to continuously reduce the environmental risk; Provide necessary measure to control the risk and avoid the server impact of risk. Regularly report the environmental risk into group system, Risk Radar and RICOS. Conduct the Root Cause Analysis in case of risk out of control.
Requirements
1、Bachelor’s degree in environment engineering；
2、8 years’ environment related working experience in a multinational company and preferably in the manufacturing industry or audit agency；
3、Holding ISO14001/ISO50001 internal auditor certificate; Familiar with local environmental laws and regulations；
4、Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation；
5、Remain accountable when mistake happens and able to speak up if something goes wrong；
6、Experience with fault tree, 5W analysis method；
7、Willing to travel( 20% of business traveling)；
8、Proficient in English or German；
9、Microsoft Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint)；
10、Holding Register Environment Impact Assessor qualification license is preferred.
