Job Description:
1、Organize annual internal audit for EHS and keep good connection with allother departments, push all findings improving;
2、Support EHS manager to make well preparation for external audit. Make sureall EHS related audits are successfully passed without serious non-compliances;
3、Conduct daily, monthly and routine EHS inspection on site. Drive alldepartment to take action to eliminate risks;
4、Carry out 3-level safety training for the newcomers, as well as deliverthe routine EHS training, keep training records;
5、Organize kind of drill and make reports as audit material, such as fire,explosion, earthquake, typhoon drill etc;
6、Carry out routine and non-routine EHS training for all employees, keep training records;
7、Cooperate with CS to do well on EHS audit and training for CS branches;
8、Provide professional support for each department to establish EHSmanagement system, also provide support inEHS portion for each department;
9、Organized, identify and assess all unsafely behavior and conditions, suchas conduct regular inspection on site and drive effective measure to improvethem;
10、Lead EHS project to eliminate risks, promote performance of environmentand reduce occupational health factor;
11、New, extended and update building or process modification project EHSassessment driving, make sure EHS legal compliance for all project;
12、Complete all tasks which are assigned by EHS manager.
Requirement:
1、Should be EHS expert with EHS working experience more than 5 years;
2、5 or more years of relevant management working experience in themanufactural companies;
3、Excellent team work leader and goal orientated;
4、Excellent communication skill with the person in different culture; 5、Excellent English communication skill;
6、Good computer skill;
7、Familiar with ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 system, and have experience of stablish the abovesystem;
8、Familiar with state law and regulation of EHS, keep good skill of makingrelationship with other people.
