Application Operation Officer

Your Responsibilities:

1、Maintain and monitor local applications to ensure the stability. Collect and analyze system performance data and improve the system availability;

2、Application user and authorization maintenance, including application process, creation, modify, deletion and related documentation;

3、Be responsible for deployment, upgrade and maintenance of application server;

4、Monitor and review applications tickets to improve the trouble shooting efficiency;

5、Supplier management to ensure the system availability and stability;

6、Work closely with application project team to take over the maintenance of new application;

7、Get close contact with ITP and VGC to ensure that IT standard following .

Qualification: (maximum 7 points)

1、Education: Bachelor Degree or above (or comparable degree in major) major in computer science or information technology;

2、English or German proficient;

3、3 years' work experience in application management field;

4、Experience of application development and testing;

5、. Be familiar with automated operation monitor and deployment tools;

6、Master at least two of following programming language: Java, Javascipt, Python, C#, PHP;

7、PMP and ITIL certification is preferred;

8、Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation;

9、Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong.
